Volleyball Recap: Park Hill Gets the Win

Park Hill saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Nixa Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Cam Jones paced Park Hill's offense, picking up six kills. Jones got some help from Kayden Boersma and his 13 assists. Boersma also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Landen Julson, racking up two apiece.

Park Hill's win bumped their record up to 2-4-1. As for Nixa, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Park Hill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Lee's Summit on the 1st. After both having extra time off, Nixa and Rock Bridge will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bruins will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
