Volleyball Recap: Workman Takes a Loss

The Workman Lobos lost 3-0 to the Glenn Eagles on Tuesday. The Lobos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Workman was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Glenn's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-17.

Workman's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Glenn, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Workman will head out to challenge La Puente at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Workman is facing La Puente at the right time seeing as La Puente is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Glenn, they will venture away from home to take on Oxford Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
