Softball Recap: Olathe West Owls vs. Derby Panthers
With a playoff win on the line, Olathe West rose to the challenge on Friday. They put the hurt on the Derby Panthers with a sharp 7-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Owls, who have now won three contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Celise Kellepouris spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up 14 Ks.
