Volleyball Recap: San Diego Comes Up Short

San Diego lost against Bishop back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vaqueros lost 3-0 to the Badgers. The Vaqueros have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

San Diego took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-21.

San Diego's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Bishop, their victory bumped their record up to 11-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. San Diego will venture away from home to challenge Orange Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Vaqueros surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bishop, they will head out on the road to square off against Falfurrias at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
