The third road contest was the charm for the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors, as they earned their first road win of the season. They secured a 59-55 W over Archbishop Murphy on Monday. With that win, Edmonds-Woodway brought their scoring average up to 51.4 points per game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Edmonds-Woodway to victory, but perhaps none more so than Julian Gray, who scored 14 points. Gabriel Cavalier was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Edmonds-Woodway's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Archbishop Murphy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
Edmonds-Woodway will be home for the holidays to greet Stanwood at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Archbishop Murphy, they will head out on the road to face off against Mountlake Terrace at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
