Basketball Recap: Brodee Zahn's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Flathead over Glacier

Flathead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glacier Wolfpack. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Braves/Bravettes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-49 two weeks ago.

Flathead lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brodee Zahn, who posted ten points in addition to five assists and four steals. That's the most steals Zahn has posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Korbin Eaton, who had 13 points and five rebounds.

Flathead's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Glacier, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Big Sky the next time they take the court. Glacier will head out to face Big Sky at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Flathead will host them at 7:30 p.m. on February 13th.
