While Warner Robins put up some points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Perry. The Demons breezed past the Panthers to the tune of 27-0. The victory continues a trend for the Demons in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won five in a row.

Joselyn Cassanova was a one-woman wrecking crew as she threw for 122 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.9% of her passes, and also rushed for 58 yards and one score. She also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending one pass.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Warner Robins was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 204 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 168 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Another reason for the win was Warner Robins' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for nine sacks. Cristiona King led the group effort, picking up four of those sacks all by herself. King is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: she's made at least five every time she's taken the field this season. Warner Robins got some further help from Justice Edmond: she made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended three passes.

Warner Robins now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Perry, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Warner Robins and Perry will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Demons see the field they'll take on Northside at 6:15 p.m. on the 14th. As for Perry, their break will end when they face Dodge County on the 14th.
