Devin Murphy Game Report: @ Vinton

While Devin Murphy delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Hackberry. Murphy struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up four earned runs off five hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (two) he has had since back in April of 2025.

Murphy and Hackberry will welcome Grand Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs had to take a loss when they last met the Hornets, but Murphy had little to do with the loss: he went 2-for-6 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.
