Volleyball Recap: Anoka Takes a Loss

Anoka lost against Chanhassen back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tornadoes fell 2-0 to the Storm. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Hayden Reeder paced Anoka's offense, picking up six kills. Reeder got some help from Kate Trombley and her six assists.

Anoka's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Chanhassen, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-2.

Coincidentally, Anoka and Chanhassen will both be playing Winona the next time they take the court. The Tornadoes will head out to face the Winhawks at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Storm will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
