            Yucca Valley is  a perfect 10-0 against Desert Hot Springs since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Yucca Valley Trojans will look to defend their home field  against the Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles  at 3:30  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  run totals in their previous games.
Yucca Valley is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They were the clear victor by  an  18-8 margin over Banning on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
 Bella Lopez made a splash no matter where she played. She  pitched three innings while giving up  three earned runs off   four  hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in two of her four plate appearances.

 In other batting news, Yucca Valley got a  massive  performance out of  Tayla Monroy, who  scored three  runs and  stole  Five bases. while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance gave  Monroy a new career-high in  stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hannah Cusack, who  went 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and one  run.
 Meanwhile, Desert Hot Springs can  bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Thursday. They walked away with  a   15-12  win over Perris.
 Yucca Valley is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record  this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.3 runs over those games. Desert Hot Springs' first  victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.
