Softball Recap: Lancaster Tigers vs. DeSoto Eagles

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Waxahachie, Lancaster was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the DeSoto Eagles by a score of 14-10. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Kayla Clemmons made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. Clemmons was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
