Softball Recap: Blissfield Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Blissfield extended their winning streak to four on Wednesday, bumping them up to 13-6. They put the hurt on the Adrian Maples with a sharp 13-3 victory. Considering the Royals have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Adrian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15. The defeat continues a trend for them in their meetings with Blissfield: they've now lost three in a row.

For Adrian's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hailey Vetitoe, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blissfield will host Clinton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Adrian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Romulus at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
