Softball Recap: Sonora Takes a Loss

If Sonora was feeling good fresh off their 16-1 takedown of Miles last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Broncos came up short against the Colorado Wolves on Friday, falling 13-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Broncos in their meetings with the Wolves: they've now lost six in a row.

Sonora's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Colorado, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7-1 record this season.

Sonora didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 20-14 win against Christoval on the 15th. As for Colorado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 17-1 victory against Eldorado on the 15th.
