It was a good run, but Fortuna unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Del Norte Warriors, falling 12-1. The match marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Fortuna saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mariah Bravo, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Fortuna's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 12-2. As for Del Norte, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.

Fortuna and Del Norte should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings.
