Hartford entered their tilt with Cassopolis on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Rangers. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 11-5 victory the Rangers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

The team relied heavily on Ryan Huminsky, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Jose Perales, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one double.

Hartford always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .536. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

The win got Hartford back to even at 3-3. As for Cassopolis, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
