Volleyball Recap: Santa Ynez Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Arroyo Grande Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 3rd.

Santa Ynez never let Arroyo Grande on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21, 25-23.

Santa Ynez pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Arroyo Grande, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-16.
