Soccer Game Preview: West Brook vs. Beaumont United

The West Brook Bruins will head out to square off against the Beaumont United Timberwolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Brook is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

West Brook's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Barbers Hill by a score of 2-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but West Brook were the better team in the second half.

Nathan Tenede and Noah Smith scored both of West Brook's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Beaumont United and Nederland, and Nederland kept the tradition alive. The Timberwolves came up short against the Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Beaumont United's loss dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for West Brook, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2-1.

West Brook skirted past Beaumont United 1-0 when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Timberwolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
