Football Recap: Chattahoochee Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chattahoochee played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Riverwood Raiders, falling 40-7. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-0.

A big part of Riverwood's win came down to the chemistry between Aj Rahal and his top target Zach Stair. Rahal threw for 175 yards and three TDs while Stair picked up 131 receiving yards and a pair of scores. The dominant performance also gave Rahal a new career-high in rushing yards (34).

Chattahoochee's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riverwood, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Chattahoochee will square off against Discovery at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverwood, they will take on South Forsyth at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
