Baseball Recap: Santa Clarita Christian Comes Up Short

Santa Clarita Christian fell victim to Vasquez and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 6-0 to the Mustangs. The Cardinals just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Santa Clarita Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Trsosper, who went 1-for-3 with one double. Mason Rappleye also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Santa Clarita Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Vasquez, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.
