Football Recap: Wildorado Takes a Loss

Wildorado extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-3. They took a blow against the Miami Warriors, falling 72-12. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 58-12 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

As for Miami, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0. Fans of they have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Miami's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noah Homfeld led the charge by rushing for 118 yards and four TDs on only five carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Chance White, who rushed for 90 yards and three scores on only eight carries.

Looking ahead, Wildorado will head out to face off against Hart at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Miami, they will welcome White Deer at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
