Belmont entered their tilt with Lincoln-Sudbury on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 57-53 W against the Warriors. The win was all the more spectacular given the Marauders' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 129th, while the Warriors are ranked 31st).

Belmont's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Lincoln-Sudbury, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Belmont will square off against Chelmsford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln-Sudbury, they will welcome Wachusett Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
