Soccer Recap: Millard South Takes a Loss

After flying high against Westview last Friday, Millard South came back down to earth. Millard South fell just short of the Lincoln Southeast Knights by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Millard South couldn't quite close it out.

Millard South's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lincoln Southeast, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Millard South will face off against rival Omaha South at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lincoln Southeast is set to take on their familiar foe Fremont at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
