Basketball Recap: Franklin Heights' Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Franklin Heights won the last time they faced Bexley, and Noah Kershaw did his part to make sure it happened again. The Franklin Heights Falcons were the clear victor by a 63-38 margin over the Bexley Lions on Saturday thanks in part to Kershaw, who went 14 of 21 on his way to 33 points and seven rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The victory was the third in a row for Franklin Heights, bringing their record for this year to 8-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points per game. As for Bexley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Franklin Heights wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-63 win against Worthington Christian on the 28th. Bexley has also already played their next match (against Columbus Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
