Soccer Game Preview: Archbishop Murphy vs. Cascade

The Archbishop Murphy Wildcats will venture away from home to face off against the Cascade Bruins at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Archbishop Murphy is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Archbishop Murphy lost 9-2 to Shorecrest on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Archbishop Murphy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 198th, while Shorecrest are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Cascade kept a clean sheet against Mariner on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Marauders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cascade.

Cascade picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-2-2. As for Archbishop Murphy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5-2.
