Basketball Recap: Tuttle Gets the Win

Tuttle had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 42-41 win over the Lone Grove Longhorns. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Tuttle's victory bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Lone Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-9.

Looking ahead, Tuttle will take on Purcell at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Purcell will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Tuttle surely won't give up without a fight. Lone Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
