Football Recap: Sheldon Huskies vs. Rosemont Wolverines

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheldon). They blew past the Rosemont Wolverines 52-0 on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Huskies considering their 12-point performance the contest before.

A big part of Sheldon's victory came down to the chemistry between Saniah Wiley and her top target Shamira Beard. Wiley threw for 186 yards and four touchdowns while Beard picked up 74 receiving yards and three scores.

Sheldon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Athena Rivas and Wiley.
