Soccer Recap: Notre Dame Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Notre Dame, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Christian Academy of Knoxville Warriors get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday. For Notre Dame, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 win Christian Academy of Knoxville walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2017.

Ava Lovelace and Georgia Smith scored both of Notre Dame's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Notre Dame now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Christian Academy of Knoxville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8-2.

As of now, neither Notre Dame nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
