Basketball Recap: Touchet Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Touchet Redhawks took a blow against the Riverside Christian Crusaders, falling 70-9.

Micah Morgan had an outrageously good game for Riverside Christian as he went 9 of 16 on his way to 18 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Omlin, who posted eight points and four steals.

Touchet's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riverside Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Touchet didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-37 win against Dayton on the 10th. As for Riverside Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 66-49 victory against Walla Walla Valley Academy on the 10th.
