It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Wauseon had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Bath Wildcats. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played  back in October of 2022.

Wauseon was led to victory by  Halle Fogarty and  Anaya Gonzales.  Fogarty  had 13  digs and one assist, while  Gonzales  had seven  digs and three  aces. That's the most  digs  Fogarty has posted since back in September.
 They weren't the only good servers: Wauseon  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 12  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in four consecutive  contests.
 Bath's loss  came despite strong showings from  Ella Mauk and  Emily Gomez.  Mauk  had 30  digs and one  assist, while  Gomez  had. Mauk is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had ten or more in each of the last nine games she's  played.
Wauseon's record is now 9-15. As for Bath, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-16 record  this season.
 Wauseon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  defeat against Lake on the 23rd. Bath does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
