NCSSM: Durham had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Falls Lake Firebirds, posting a 66-39 victory. Despite the loss, Falls Lake still got an impressive performance from Jonathan Taylor- Hamilton, who went 8-for-15 on his way to 22 points. Camden Cooke was another key player, putting up six points.
NCSSM: Durham's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.2 points over those games. As for Falls Lake, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season.
NCSSM: Durham wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 68-60 victory against Wake Prep Academy on the 18th. Falls Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
