After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rusk, Terrell was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Rains Wildcats as they made off with a 14-5 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Tigers' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

With the victory, Terrell broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-3. As for Rains, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Terrell wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 18-2 win against Ranchview on the 21st. As for Rains, they will be taking part in a tournament against North Hopkins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
