On Wednesday Taraji Battle tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The performance marked the fewest hits Battle has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than two walks. For the season, she has an ERA of 9.91 over 29.7 innings pitched.
