After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Telluride, Salida was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mancos Bluejays. For the Spartans, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Bluejays walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.
While Salida won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-23.
