Baseball Recap: Klamath Union Comes Up Short

Klamath Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Hidden Valley Mustangs, falling 14-4. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 14-4 loss on Monday.

Klamath Union saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Glidden, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one double. Pj Safford was another, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run.

Klamath Union's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Hidden Valley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Mustangs beat Klamath Union by a score of 14-4 later that day.
