Temecula Valley extended their postseason success on Friday against Castaic. They came out on top against the Coyotes by a score of 4-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Golden Bears, who have now won six games in a row.

Temecula Valley's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Taden Krogsgaard, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was Krogsgaard's first of the season.

Temecula Valley's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Castaic, they moved to 20-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Temecula Valley will square off against Glendora at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tartans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Golden Bears' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Castaic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
