Football Recap: Fenton Comes Up Short

Fenton fell victim to Glenbard East and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Rams 49-0. The Bison haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Glenbard East had a senior duo take command as Michael Nee threw for 307 yards and six TDs while completing 82.4% of his passes and Muhammad Musleh picked up 180 receiving yards and five scores. Those six passing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Nee.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Glenbard East, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Fenton has already played their next contest, a 33-6 win against Aurora East on the 10th. As for Glenbard East, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 41-6 victory against West Chicago on the 10th.
