Baseball Game Preview: TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers vs. StoneBridge Cavaliers

For the first time this season, TEACH Homeschool will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will welcome the StoneBridge Cavaliers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

TEACH Homeschool came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, falling 16-2. TEACH Homeschool saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zach Daniels, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, StoneBridge unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 11-0 to Greenbrier Christian Academy last Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.
