Columbus East had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Rock Creek Academy Lions by a score of 2-0.

Columbus East found their leader in freshman Payten Osborn, who had four digs and two aces.

The victory got Columbus East back to even at 4-4. As for Rock Creek Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Columbus East wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Christian Academy on the 30th. As for Rock Creek Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Lawrenceburg on the 30th.
