Baseball Recap: Twinsburg Find Success

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Twinsburg and North Royalton, and Twinsburg kept the tradition alive. The Tigers came out on top against the Bears by a score of 13-9 on Tuesday. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.

Owen Shinada looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Jason Cox was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI and two runs. William Bamler was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Twinsburg always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Royalton only posted an OBP of .351.
