Volleyball Recap: Concrete Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Crescent on Saturday, Concrete came back down to earth. The Lions fell 3-1 to the Orcas Island Vikings on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 23-25, 25-12, 25-16.

Concrete's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Orcas Island, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5.

Coming up, Concrete will be playing at home against Mount Vernon Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orcas Island, they will head out to face off against Forks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
