Republic put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They put the hurt on the Waterville Shockers with a sharp 16-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won ten contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Republic's victory bumped their record up to 15-0-1. As for Waterville, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-3.

Looking ahead, Republic will head out to challenge Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Warriors have now posted at least ten runs in their last five games. As for Waterville, they will host Oroville at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
