Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomington North). They enjoyed a cozy 70-51 win over the Floyd Central Highlanders on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won four in a row.

Bloomington North's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Luke Lindman led the charge by going 9-for-15 on his way to 26 points and eight boards. Those 26 points gave Lindman a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Lindeman, who went 7-for-8 to rack up 19 points and five rebounds.

Bloomington North's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Floyd Central, they dropped their record down to 4-16 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Bloomington North will venture away from home to take on Greenwood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Floyd Central, they will host Brownstown Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
