Basketball Recap: Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks vs. Rawlins County Buffaloes

After losing to Rawlins County the last time they met, Wheatland-Grinnell decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Thunderhawks snuck past the Buffaloes with a 53-48 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunderhawks.

Wheatland-Grinnell can attribute much of their success to Riley Tuttle, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 26 points and eight rebounds. Those 26 points gave Tuttle a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Foster, who posted 11 points and four steals.
