Sheridan lost to Tri-Valley back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Sheridan Generals enjoyed a cozy 44-30 win over the Tri-Valley Scotties. The victory was nothing new for the Generals as they're now sitting on three straight.

Sheridan has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.5 points per game. As for Tri-Valley, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 17-3 record.

Sheridan and Tri-Valley should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Sheridan will challenge Crooksville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday up 504 places (108 vs. 612). Sheridan's defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Tri-Valley's offense will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, Tri-Valley (ranked 67th) will meet Coshocton (ranked 772nd) at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
