Volleyball Recap: North Posey Vikings vs. Tecumseh Braves
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Posey can now relate to. They fell just short of the Tecumseh Braves by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.
Sage Mueller paced North Posey's offense, picking up 22 kills. Mueller got some help from Siri Fullop and her 48 assists. Mallory Luigs controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Lydia Wilson went supernova For Tecumseh., getting 27 digs and 11 assists. That's the most assists Wilson has posted since back in September.
North Posey's loss dropped their record down to 25-5. As for Tecumseh, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 25-8.
North Posey does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tecumseh, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Perry Central on the 18th.
