Arlington won the last time they faced Weatherford and things went their way on Friday too. The Colts came out on top against the Kangaroos by a score of 38-27. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colts.

Arlington got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jamar Burton out in front who rushed for 123 yards and a pair of TDs on only 11 carries. Max Reviere helped out on the ground, rushing for 93 yards and a rushing touchdown.

When it comes to explaining why Weatherford lost, don't look at Dj Quimby. Despite the final result, he rushed for 205 yards and one score, and also picked up 33 receiving yards. Quimby is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 108 every time he's taken the field this season.

Arlington's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Weatherford, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
