Baseball Recap: Decatur Takes a Loss

Decatur was the 10-3 winner over Peninsula when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Gators fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 6-5 on Tuesday. The Golden Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Decatur's loss dropped their record down to 19-3-1. As for Peninsula, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7-1 record this season.

Decatur will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Federal Way at 4:00 p.m. Peninsula does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
