Football Recap: Palm Beach Lakes Takes a Loss

Palm Beach Lakes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 13-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pahokee Blue Devils. The Rams were not able to make up for their defeat to the Blue Devils from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Palm Beach Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Pahokee, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6.

Palm Beach Lakes will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Santaluces at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st. Santaluces' defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so Palm Beach Lakes' offense will have their work cut out for them. Pahokee also won't see the field for a while: their next contest is against Treasure Coast at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st.
