Grace Garthaus Game Report: vs Washington

Normal Community was sadly handed a loss on Monday, but Grace Garthaus did her best to prevent it. Garthaus pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) she has had since back in April.

Garthaus and Normal Community are taking a road trip to challenge Bloomington at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Garthaus' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Ironmen's nine-game streak of wins at home.
