Soccer Recap: Lutheran Takes a Loss

Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Winnebago Indians, falling 5-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Lutheran were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Tahlula Habedank, who's now up to three this season.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Winnebago, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lutheran will face off against rival Dixon at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Winnebago is set to square off against their familiar foe Oregon at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
